Your donation during
Red Nose Day helps remove limits so kids have more.

This year, a million more kids are facing poverty in the U.S.
That’s a million more kids with less of what they need to thrive.
Children are uniquely impacted by poverty. It can affect their physical and social-emotional health and development. It can stand in the way of their education. It can be a barrier to opportunities, keeping kids from becoming their best selves.
We believe that every kid should have the opportunity to reach their full potential.
Donate today to give
more childhood.
Supporters who contribute $1,000 or more within a calendar year are welcomed into Comic Relief’s Leadership Circle, an esteemed group of donors driving meaningful change for children and families.
From being on the streets,
to safety, stability, and community.

From falling behind,
to early learning that unlocks opportunities.
From going without healthcare,
to check-ups right at the doorstep.

Stocks and Securities
Giving appreciated assets such as stocks, securities, and mutual funds can help you avoid paying capital gains taxes. And if you’ve had the assets for more than one year, you can also receive an income tax deduction. As always, we recommend that you consult your tax or financial professional for advice before making charitable donations. For more information, please contact Julia Harris at j.harris@comicrelief.org.
Donor-Advised Funds
Giving through a donor-advised fund (DAF) allows you to make charitable contributions and receive an immediate tax deduction. The funds are managed by a DAF custodian and the donor can recommend grants to their preferred nonprofit organizations. Donors can contribute to the fund over time and recommend grants to charities at their discretion, providing flexibility in their giving strategy. For more information, please contact Julia Harris at j.harris@comicrelief.org.
Qualified Charitable Distributions
Giving through a qualified charitable distribution (QCD) allows individuals who are 70 ½ or older to donate up to $100,000 to one or more charities from their individual retirement account (IRA). QCDs can count towards satisfying an individual’s required minimum distribution (RMD) for the year, which is the minimum amount that an individual must withdraw from their IRA each year once they reach age 73. For more information, please contact Julia Harris at j.harris@comicrelief.org.

Check with your employer to see if they offer a matching gift program or help you donate directly through payroll giving. For more information, please contact Marisa Xhafa at m.xhafa@comicrelief.org.
