Comic Relief CEO Alison Moore invites you to help us power a revolution to create more space for today’s kids to be kids.

Growing up should be a time for kids to have fun, explore, learn, and grow.

But right now, millions of children and families in the U.S. are burdened by the impacts of rising poverty. Too many people lack a safe home, nutritious food, and adequate healthcare.

And the burden of poverty can have devastating consequences for children–from higher stress levels to lifelong health conditions. Poverty can stand in the way of their education and keep them from becoming their best selves.

That’s why we’re on a mission to make sure all kids, everywhere have the healthy, fruitful childhood they deserve.

We believe less childhood poverty means more childhood. And more childhood means more education, more safe places to live, more health check-ups, more empowered kids, and futures with unlimited potential for every child.

This is what the Red Nose Day movement is all about.

It’s time to bring back the joy, wonder, and adventure of being a kid and use that energy to power a revolution to create more space for today’s kids to be kids. Together, we can harness our own fun-filled memories to make a difference for children.

That’s where you come in.

There are so many ways to get involved with Red Nose Day, and this year, we’ve got a lot of exciting things planned. Everyone has a role to play in the movement to end childhood poverty.

We’re asking the Red Nose Day community to get your noses on! We’ve created a fun, free digital Red Nose using social media filters that you can access on your favorite platform. It’s super easy — give it a try on your phone, and then share it with your followers and friends. You’ll be showing the world you care about kids and helping us spread the word about the Red Nose Day movement. This year. more than ever, we are asking everyone to get involved: Donate. Wear your nose. When you post to social, ask friends, family and followers to donate. Every little bit, whether it’s $1, $5, or $10, makes a huge difference.

Join us this Red Nose Day and help us break down barriers for kids experiencing poverty.
