What is payroll giving?
Payroll giving lets you donate to Comic Relief directly from your paycheck. Your employer deducts your chosen amount each pay period and sends it straight to us, so giving becomes automatic, effortless, and consistent. Small, regular contributions add up fast, and kids facing poverty get steady, reliable support — not just a one-time gift.

Does my employer have to participate?
Use the search tool above to see if your employer has a matching gift program. Most larger companies do. If yours isn’t listed, check in with your HR or Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team; it may still be available.

Can I change or cancel my donation amount?
Yes. You're in control. Update or cancel any time through your employer's giving portal. The process varies, so check with your HR team if you're not sure where to go.

How often will I be charged?
Your donation is deducted from each paycheck — so if you're paid monthly, it comes out once a month; weekly, once a week. You choose the amount per paycheck when you sign up.

How long does it take to receive a match?
It depends on your employer’s process — it could take a few weeks or a few months. Submitting your request as soon as possible helps Comic Relief receive the funds faster.

Will I get a receipt or confirmation?
Yes. You'll receive confirmation when you set up your donation, and your employer will provide a record of your contributions, usually on your pay stub or through your giving portal. Hold onto these for your records.
