That's right. After seeing the incredible outpouring of support from this amazing community, it only made sense to come back in 2020 bigger and better than ever.
We're partnering with Wizards of the Coast to bring three incredible ways to get involved.
First, an all-star cast of characters is coming together to preview the latest D&D storyline with live gaming sessions, all while raising money for Red Nose Day.
The adventure runs online from June 18 to June 20, 2020 at dungeonsanddragons.com. A $10 (or more!) donation will give fans access to the D&D Live Event Portal where they’ll be able to watch the weekend’s live programming, as well as gain access to four new short adventures everyone can enjoy. Fans will also be able to choose the character best suited to help the region through Reality RP, a mashup of fantasy storytelling, community engagement, and reality television!
In addition to tuning in live, you can support the cause by grabbing the exclusive Dungeons & Dragons x Red Nose Day tee, or purchasing a custom-designed adventure families can easily play together.
D&D Live 2020: Roll w/ Advantage will feature big personalities playing elves, wizards, and fighters to accomplish quests using their imaginations.
Funny guys Brian Posehn, Kevin Sussman, and Thomas Middleditch will work together to solve problems (or more likely, cause some hilarious new ones). WWE Superstars Xavier Woods, Tyler Breeze, Ember Moon, Alexa Bliss and Dio Maddin will contend with beefcake destroyer Jeremy Crawford, a.k.a. Principal Rules Designer for D&D. Deborah Ann Woll will lead a group of actors in improvising a way to help people in a fantasy world not that different from ours. And principal D&D writer Chris Perkins takes players new to D&D – including Felicia Day, Brett Gelman, David Harbour, Brandon Routh, Maitreyi Ramakrishnan, and Martin Starr – through adventures sure to de-mystify the hobby for all who tune in.
